Hint

The image scaling algorithm covered by this license is used in the qc_scale_image function. Only part of the algorithm is used, and it is not employed anywhere else. This document replicates the contents of the LICENSE.TXT file which accompanied the anti-aliasing software. All references to "software" or "source code" within the rest of this document refer only to the image scaling software provided by Anders Brun and not to QUARC itself.
